Healing Depths

At Depth & Alchemy, we partner with clients in a thoughtful, depth-oriented therapeutic process that looks beyond symptom relief to the underlying dynamics influencing thoughts, emotions, and behavior. Our work is intentional and collaborative, combining structured, evidence-based interventions with reflective exploration. Through this approach, clients are supported in developing greater emotional capacity, clarity, and self-understanding, laying the foundation for resilience, values-driven action, and a life shaped by meaning rather than reactivity.

Why Choose Depth & Alchemy Collective: Let Your Voice Echo

Meet Our Clinicians

Robert Taylor (Co-founder), LAC, LPCC, NMIT

I’m Robert Taylor, a licensed addiction therapist and clinical mental health counselor, and I specialize in working with individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring emotional and mental health concerns. My work integrates evidence-based approaches with depth-oriented and transpersonal psychotherapy, allowing us to address recovery while also engaging the deeper psychological and spiritual dimensions of healing.

I draw from CBT and DBT to support practical change strengthening emotional regulation, distress tolerance, communication, and values-based decision-making; while also creating space to explore meaning, identity, and the underlying patterns that shape your relationship with substances, yourself, and the world. I work in depth within the spiritual dimension of experience, supporting clients in exploring purpose, values, and inner transformation in ways that are grounded, ethical, and aligned with their personal belief systems.

In addition to my clinical training, I am a natural medicine facilitator in training. This perspective informs my understanding of altered states, integration, and meaning-making, and supports thoughtful, informed conversations around preparation, integration, and personal growth always within current legal and ethical boundaries and in alignment with a comprehensive therapeutic process.

Mindfulness-based and somatic practices are woven throughout our work to help you build a steadier relationship with your inner experience. We pay close attention to the nervous system, body awareness, and internal cues that signal stress, craving, safety, or disconnection, and we develop skills to move through anxiety, trauma responses, and emotional overwhelm with greater stability and self-trust.

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to collaborate with you; offering evidence-based tools, compassionate reflection, and honest clinical guidance; so insight can be translated into sustainable action. Whether you are seeking recovery, clarity, or a more values-aligned life, our work is oriented toward integration: helping you feel grounded, resilient, and able to live with intention and purpose.

Ryan DiMauro (Co-founder), LAC, LPCC, NMIT

At Depth & Alchemy Collective, my clinical approach is integrative, relational, and deeply client led. I draw from CBT and DBT to support practical change, strengthening emotional regulation, distress tolerance, communication, and values-based decision-making, while also creating space for deeper exploration through psychodynamic and existential psychotherapy. Together, we look beyond symptom relief to understand the patterns, meanings, and life experiences that shape how you think, feel, relate, and move through the world.

Mindfulness-based practices and somatic approaches are woven throughout our work to help you build a steadier relationship with your inner experience. We focus on increasing body awareness, identifying nervous system cues, and developing skills to move through stress, anxiety, trauma responses, and disconnection with greater stability and self-trust. Therapy is structured enough to offer clear direction, yet flexible enough to honor your pace, readiness, and lived reality.

In this practice, you are the leader. My role is to collaborate with you, offering evidence-based tools, compassionate reflection, and honest clinical guidance, so you can translate insight into sustainable action. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or a more values-aligned life, our work is oriented toward integration: helping you feel more grounded, resilient, and able to live with meaning and intention.

Depth & Alchemy Collective is also building toward the future of integrative care. As Colorado’s regulatory framework continues to evolve, there may be the opportunity to offer psilocybin-assisted therapy in collaboration with a licensed healing center, once all required licensure, training, and clinical protocols are fully established. This path, when appropriate and ethically provided, can support profound insight and healing as part of a comprehensive therapeutic process.

For clients, Depth & Alchemy is a space for depth, skill-building, and real-life change. For clinicians, it is a values-driven home for thoughtful practice, grounded in clinical excellence, integrity, and a shared commitment to helping people move from surviving to living with purpose.
